about me.

From the moment I watched my first movie, I knew where I belonged.

That’s not to say I knew I wanted to be an actor … although maybe some small part of me did. I knew I was destined to embody — to feel, to become, and to immerse through storytelling.

When I was five years old my parents put me in an acting class for children. I wish I knew why they chose acting and I wish I remembered the impact that specific class had on me. I do not, but I know it must have been impressionable enough because I’m still doing it. It has been the only part of my life that I’ve loved the longest and most consistently.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I would call myself a well-rounded individual. I’ve seen it all — tall grass and cows to skyscrapers and crowds. I’ve seen and heard both quiet and restlessness. More than that, I’ve gained appreciation and gratitude for the duality and ambiguity that comes with living.

From acting classes to company shows, from traveling to compete at the Utah Shakespeare Festival to moving to New York City to purse a BFA and professional career in Acting, it’s been a journey. Quite possibly the most unusual, purposeful, and beautiful journey I have and will ever face.
